is an alternative-rock band formed in Italy in 2006
2002 to 2007, Richard was the lead singer and founder of the Posthuman (tribute to Marilyn Manson)
by 2007 the band Richard Christ devote themselves to their project, the official line up is Richard, Egon Lovecraft, Mark Blaze
have two albums released, "Richard Christ" & "Gorgeous Than Evil-Stronger than Christ
the band was under record deal in 2007 with record Killerpool Recods for the first debut album

Richard Christ has musical influences from David Bowie to Jeffree Star, starting from the 70's glam rock, Darkwave 80s to finish at Marilyn Manson and Jeffree Star
each album has the peculiarity of having every song other than the 'other, theres not a defined style, but a continuous experiment with the emotions in music that is created
each album is outrageous screen headed by a very modern style, are labeled as an industrial-glam rock band in a last interview, Richard said:

''Influences come from: DOORS, DAVID BOWIE, CHRISTIAN DEATH, MARILYN MANSON, NIRVANA, but I love everything that is rotten and chaos, the important fact is do it with taste and passion.

the origin of the band's name is part of their visual style and spiritual, the same Richard said in an interview:

''In the history we do not know, because they can tell us ... Today we are still the Bronze Age but with mental powers over any extraterrestrial ... theres a number of similarities with the life of Jesus described in the Bible and the life of Horus ... imagine that fairtales are Bible! ...
So I get up and I mention my exploits with a stage name: Christ, taken from the Bible and adopted in a more ironic and Glamour.
The reason that in the morning gives me the strength to get up and don't ask me who I am and what I'm doing perhaps is seen by many as an outrage and blasphemy but I ask who? And to what?''(Source: mondo out)
